2024 KES Recess Camp
Join Mrs. Day and Mrs. Tresca this summer to become a Recess and Lunch Room Expert! Calling all incoming students grades K-2.

Do you want to have fun, play games and learn how to navigate recess and lunch? This fun week of Recess Camp will have you ready for fun every day at recess and beyond. Students will learn a variety of fun, safe and appropriate playground games. We will also work on team building activities that are designed to build confidence and help students learn how to navigate recess and build friendships. This week will also be filled with arts, crafts, science and more! 

Students are encouraged to pack a healthy lunch and or snack as we will also spend time learning how to navigate the school cafeteria and enjoy our meal/snack together. 

All students will receive a Recess Expert Hat and Certificate. All they need to succeed and support other students at recess!

Location: Kingston Elementary School, primarily outside, dress for the weather, sunscreen and bug spray recommended.

If this program needs to be cancelled on the same day of the program, you will receive an e-mail blast and a text blast from us.

Please make sure you are signed up for these notifications on your Kingston Recreation account.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CURRENT GRADE LEVEL CHOSEN ON THE STUDENTS PROFILE OR THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SIGN UP. SOME PROFILES HAVE THIS INFORMATION BLANK WHICH CAUSES AN ISSUE WITH REGISTRATION. You will need to contact our office to edit your child's profile with the correct grade.
