Yogilates is a complete and comprehensive fusion of Yoga and Pilates strengthening exercises, together in a safe and effective results-oriented class. It is excellent for developing muscular definition and overall fitness. It is safe for all levels of fitness, however you should always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Please inform instructor of any injuries or restrictions prior to class. Bring your own mat, water, towel and any props you may have (ex: Yoga block or strap).
