An entergetic cardiovascular workout that is geared towards better health, weight loss, stamina, and stress relief while burning calories and toning your overall body through a series of punching, kicking, residence bands, kettle bells, battle ropes, obstacles and TRX suspension and more.  All levels welcome. Gloves required.
