Pilates Mat Class

Pilates mat class, is based on the basic principles of Joseph Pilates.  This class will include centering, concentration, control, precision, flow and breath.  Learn how Pilates can lengthen and tone your body. Learn how to correct bad habits and hold joints in correct alignment.  Please bring mat and 1-2 lb weights.
