This boot-camp style workout is a hard core, fast paced, total body workout with rewarding results.

General Information
  • Instructor: JKD Instructor
  • You will work the entire body by way of intense cardio fitness, weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, punching bags, battle ropes and other various movements.
  • You will burn calories, tone and increase your flexibility, improve strength and coordination.
  • TRX suspension is also incorporated into this class which is an effective resistance total body workout which will help build a solid core.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, no socks/shoes allowed.
